Sensations that stimulate the senses for the tenth edition of UNSCENT at ‘Pitti Fragranze 14’. Perfume becomes a delectable recipe. And is sampled during the course of a surreal dinner in the extraordinary setting of Stazione Leopolda in Florence, where Pitti Fragranze 2016 is held from 9th to 11th September. UNSCENT-Guess who’s coming to dinner is an invitation to sample a perfumed dinner that will take visitors on an exploration of the experimental notes of the creators of Intertrade Group.
The UNSCENT experimental programme, Intertrade Group’s olfactory research platform, continues with UNSCENT – ‘Guess who’s coming to dinner’. After shows in Milan, Florence, London, Johannesburg and Bucharest, the new concept offers the chance to explore the best of art perfumery. Devised and curated by Celso Fadelli, President and Fragrance Curator of Intertrade Group, with Creative Director Cristiano Seganfreddo and Agenzia del Contemporaneo, the concept provides an entirely new sensorial experience.
In the setting of the Alcatraz space, where a table stretches toward infinity and extends as far as the eye can see. A thrilling and intimate invitation to its guests to explore a surprising mise en place based on perfumes. e perfume is served by uniformed staff who will present the olfactory sampling to all those visiting UNSCENT. Perfume that is food for the eyes and the mind, but also for the olfactory senses. A strip with special dishes of fragrances, each one different, and contrasting tones and colours, with an attentive service typical of any worthy Chef.
