Quality of work instead of quantity.

I consider myself extremely lucky.
My whole team is made up of people with passion and dedication on a daily basis are committed to ensure that our dream called Adamis, grow and become bigger and bigger and concrete.
Surely I would not be without them and we would not be who we are.
For our part, as a company, we always try to encourage them, to reward them, to stimulate their “creativity and passion” work.
Because I think that work without creativity and passion, it’s like being dead and not to have noticed yet, a bit ‘like the movie “The Sixth Sense”!
But then we come up against the world called Italy.
Do you know that an Italian company is enormous difficulties to be able to financially reward a worker? It is paradoxical but true.
know that the cost of staff in a company are not deductible in tax? What does it mean? I assume most people in the company and pay more taxes! It should be the other way around?

People who use the law in their favor to work less and earn more.
People who do not accept fixed work because they take unemployment.

I want my company made up of people who every day have the desire and enthusiasm to come to work, I want employees who believe in the company vision and who want to grow with it.
It is difficult but I am sure that the business world is also made up of many people who want to demonstrate and prove that the work really ennobles man.
It is difficult to know, but if it were not it would not be an “enterprise”!
