LETTER FROM THE EDITOR

Dear Readers,
It may seem strange to many, but I’ve always treated the month of September as though it were the beginning of a New Year. The thought of August 31st as New Year’s Eve? While strange sounding, it may be true. This school of thought allows me to view September as a month of rebirth and of new opportunities.

This year, leading up to the month of September, I have worked on many new ideas to feature. I try to work every day with a sense of commitment, strength, dedication and passion. Throughout the years, I’ve had the opportunity to meet many people and give them working tools to help their small and big business dreams become a reality—all while sharing my loyalty and love for what I do.
Several years ago I started working on a “Grand Italian Design.” My first thought was that when many people talk about work, they do so with negative connotations; yet, people spend more time at work than they do with family or friends.

When reflecting on this thought, a gray world came to mind, with no emotion and no vision. However, the working world should be seen as a strong color like red—powerful, creative, passionate.
My second thought was: How can I change this? No one deserves to feel negatively about their job. I am lucky because I have a career I love! How can I show people how to feel the same way about their jobs as I do about mine?
With Adamis Group, we have reached very high levels of quality, loyalty and love of work from our employees. It was in these words that I found the key to everything: “Love for the job.”

So my new vision was born: “LOVE FOR WORK – Employment Agency.” Via this employment agency, I can reach a broader market, offer a unique work dynamic, and provide new training.
Therefore, LOVE FOR WORK is an employment agency for all purposes. ADAMIS GROUP and LOVE FOR WORK, together, are two new partners working to change the labor market in Italy!

We are developing new work procedures and training techniques to create a colorful, lively, fresh and youthful employment agency that has a passion for what we do. We have increased our presence in Italy with offices in Rome, Milan, Turin and Verona to offer you more locations of choice.
But we did not change our core beliefs; we’ve kept our original DNA. LOVE FOR WORK is ADAMIS and ADAMIS is LOVE FOR WORK—we are two entities with the same heart and soul.
