Fulvio Pierangelini, famous two Michelin stars for the restaurant Gambero Rosso St. Vincent, as well as a consultant for the Rocco Forte Hotel le Jardin De Russie in Rome, will be pleased to personally evaluate all the creations of competitors and the winners! It is a real challenge, open to all national food bloggers and users from home, which compete to satisfy the palate and the eyes of Chef Pierangelini, unique and sole judge of the initiative!
You are becoming curious, right? And then we reveal what is the challenge! The Chef has selected two ingredients that must be used, among others, in order to submit a recipe. There are no limits of combination and may be presented either a starter, a first, a second or a dessert.
Staff Academy of Lorenzo Vinci is putting the Chef all recipes received. The winning recipes will be 3 for each category, and FOOD BLOGGER USERS FROM HOME, and these will be declared according to the original and creative use of ingredients indicated, to respect the balance of flavors and the harmony and beauty of the presentation of ‘impiattamento.
