Guerlain draws from his opulent heritage the best stories, to transcend them with modernity. That is how, from a legendary fragrance, can be born a collection of make-up magic. In 1937, Jacques Guerlain created a perfume to pay tribute to his great friend Diaghilev, founder of the Ballets Russes.

Its bottle, loosely based on the male papillon of galas and flakes of the dancers, sported a Baccarat crystal blue night covered with a gold film. A scent of the past that inspired a collection of Christmas contemporary, sumptuous and refined, worthy of a fairy tale … There once was an evening of entertainment.
