BRERA DESIGN DISTRICT. Be Human: designing with empathy

On the occasion of the week of Fuorisalone 2018, on stage in Milan from April 17th to April 22nd, Brera Design District presents the 9th edition of its Design Week. In these years Brera Design District has been establishing its role as first and most important district promoting design in Italy gaining a precise identity and interacting with brands and professionals present in the territory as well as investors, sponsors and temporary exhibitors. The whole operation was signed by Studiolabo, creative agency and studio composed by a team of professionals in the design and communication field, from digital marketing to concept and graphic design, from web design to strategic design.

Last year Brera Design Week hosted 180 events and involved 300 companies with an overall number of 300,000 visitors. Thanks to these great results, Brera Design District will offer a rich calendar of events besides promoting special projects and cultural initiatives. And like every year, it will propose a format including the choice of a theme and the Lezioni di Design award. During the Brera Design Days produced by Studiolabo in October 2017 there has been much talk around the theme of empathy, which was one of the most debated topics from several perspectives. Hence the inspiration that led us to the choice of the theme: “Be Human: designing with empathy”.
