BREATH. En plein air: a room without walls

Everyone loves spring!

It is the season of reawakening. After the cold, harsh winter, the first shoots begin to peek through the soil. Trees lose the snow that has accumulated on their bare branches and slowly fill with green buds. The earth gives us strawberries, cherries and fresh apricots. Temperatures rise and hormones go wild, triggering chemical reactions that we thought dormant and that create fertile ground for the birth of exciting new relationships.

For all these reasons, spring is the season when we finally get out of the house and go outside, leaving behind blankets and heavy sweaters stuffed at the back of our closets.

The sea, countryside, mountains or the park: it makes no difference. It’s time to get out, take a deep breath and fill your lungs with pure, fresh air, ready to oxygenate the body that has remained in the cozy warmth of the home for much too long.

Breathing, outdoors, en plein air. The outdoors is the place to be in warm weather: a room without walls with nothing except freedom.  The outdoors is a universal dimension that affects every aspect of the social and cultural sphere, serving as the backdrop for any new relationship that is born and grows like a splendid plant during the sunniest and most wonderful months of the year.

There is a world out there that is waiting in silence. Go out. Breathe!
