Model, rock guitarist, and photographer, Staz Lindes is a woman of many talents. The daughter of Dire Straits guitarist Hal Lindes, and a member of riot girl band, The Paranoyds, she’s exquisitely beautiful and effortlessly cool, it’s no wonder, then, that Yves Saint Laurent Beauty have tapped the 24-year-old as their latest make-up ambassador. “The great embodiment of the brand – brilliant artist, true to herself and a symbol of her generation” said Stephan Bezy, International General Manager of the brand.

Born in London, discovered at a bowling alley on Santa Monica, and currently living in L.A she’s as chill as they come. “During my high school years, I’d copy the style of French actresses from the 60’s,” says Staz, “the very actresses that M. Saint Laurent had dressed. So I’ve always felt a natural affinity with the brand. To me, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty is youthful, cool, edgy and luxurious – I couldn’t be more excited to be joining it as an ambassador for their makeup.”
