After the success of Captur, Renault is ready for a second round in the Suv-Crossover category with the new Kadjar, which falls somewhere in between more “famous” Captur and the less lucky Koleos.
Built on the Qashqai base, the Renault newborn, will follow the lines of its successful “younger sister”. Kadjar, with its 14’6’’ length, sports a modern and pleasant look, characterized by an excellent equilibrium in the proportions, a smooth sideline and an aggressive front inspired by the new style concept of the brand.
The 6’’ spacing from ground-level is conceived to confront even the least welcoming environments without any worry, together with either front wheel or all-wheel drive, combined with the Extended Grip, the optional system for electronic control of engine options that will make you stop regretting the lack of 4×4, even in the most adverse driving conditions. The cockpit is above average within its category, with a determined step forward in the quality of the plastic used for the interior.
With regards to the engines, it will be surely available in the Renault spearheads, the 1.5 and the 1.6 dCI, which guarantee good performance and fuel economy, as per Renault’s best tradition. On sale starting this summer starting at 23,000 euros.
